1. How do I renew my membership?

For your convenience, we will automatically renew your membership until you tell us otherwise at the rate of $9.00 per month.

For all memberships, you must cancel either within the 30-day trial period or more than five days before the end of the initial period (or any renewal period) in order for the cancellation to take effect before the next billing cycle. If cancellation occurs after this date, the membership will be renewed and you will be charged $9.00 per month. To cancel your membership, visit www.entertainmentrewardsclub.com and click on the cancellation link in the My Account area of the site (Note: You must be logged in to cancel).

2. What if I don't want automatic renewal of my membership?

If you don't want your membership to be automatically renewed, you must cancel more than five days before the end of the initial period (or any renewal period) in order for the cancellation to take effect before the next billing cycle. If cancellation occurs after this date, the membership will be renewed and you will be charged according to the membership and payment method selected. You can cancel anytime during your 30-day free trial period by clicking on the cancellation link in the My Account area of the site (Note: You must be logged in to cancel). If you cancel during this free trial period, your credit card will not be charged.
