When you request certain services using our web site, such as registering as an Online Member or ordering Entertainment products online, we will ask you to provide personal information about yourself. This information will include name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, Payment Method (valid credit card number, credit card type, expiration date). This information is necessary to your receiving and/or being billed for the services you request (e.g., name, address and credit card information when ordering products), and you will not be able to use such services without providing this information. |

We will retain this information for as long as you are a registered Online Member. You may request to terminate your Online Membership and have your personal information removed from our database by submitting a request to Customer Service, identifying the subject as "Privacy", and, unless we are prohibited by law, we will remove such information within a 3 month period. |

Information such as prior purchasing history, age, marital status, household information and any other personal information are optional. We will collect information such as this only when knowingly provided by you. We utilize this information in order to provide and improve our service to you. |

When you visit our Web site, we will automatically collect information regarding your use. Currently, this is done using "Cookies" - small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive and relayed back to our servers. We use both Session and Persistent Cookies. Session Cookies track your progression through our Web site in a single visit and are deleted as soon as you close your browser. Persistent Cookies enable such functions as storing and retrieving passwords, user name, tracking items you place in your shopping cart, geographic location and identifying you as a prior visitor, Online Member or customer of our Web site. Persistent Cookies remain on your computer until you erase them. |
